Andalusia announces their first home offering in more than six years! Construction on ten brand new homes will begin very soon and they are scheduled for completion in December 2014. These homes are located on some of the best homesites that Andalusia has to offer. The floor plans are similar to former Plan 4, Plan 5 and Plan 6, which have been sold out for months. Andalusia held multiple focus sessions with local Realtors and current owners and asked them to help design the new homes. The homes range in size from 4,100 to 5,200 square feet and in price from $1.5 million to $2 million. All of the homes in this phase are on the water, overlooking the golf course and beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains. The finish specifications for these new homes were scripted by world renowned interior designer Barclay Butera. They will begin taking contracts for these homes on Monday, January 27, 2014.
